DevTest - Cannot login to Service Catalog

Issue:
After applying patch DE372157, I am no longer able to login to Service Catalog.

Note: Before applying the patch, the user could login to Service Catalog without issues.
Environment:
DevTest 10.3
Resolution:
In the SVCatalog_Home directory, create a new file named: application.yml
svcatalog: 
    auth: 
      host: 
        url: https://localhost:51111/auth 

Note: Change host and port number to point to the IAM host.
