DevTest Agent - WebLogic locks up when recording

Issue:
WebLogic runs fine with the agent installed but not recording.
However, using the Workstation Recorder cause WebLogic to freeze at random points and transaction counts.
Environment:
All supported DevTest versions.
Resolution:
Removing this property from the rules.xml should solve the issue.

Notes:
1. Remove the property from the rules.xml in both the DevTest_Home directory and the agent directory on the WebLogic server.
2. WebLogic will need to be restarted after making the change.
