Using the DevTest agent in WebLogic in playback mode causes:
com.itko.lisa.remote.vse.VSEException: Could not call : null
in the application log and playback fails.

Note: This issue is known for WebLogic 10.3 but may effect other versions.
All supported DevTest environments.
Oracle WebLogic Server Patch Set Update or similar patch was incorrectly installed.
Partial requirements for patch:
1. Minimum JDK version:
Java™ SE Development Kit 8, Update 121 (JDK 8u121)
Java™ SE Development Kit 7, Update 131 (JDK 7u131)
Java™ SE Development Kit 6, Update 141 (JDK 6u141)
2. If you are running with a security manager and experience "serialFilter" permission exceptions, then you will need to update the weblogic policy file to include the following line:
   permission "serialFilter";
   in the coherence.jar section of the weblogic policy file:
   grant codeBase "file:@WL_HOME/../coherence/lib/coherence.jar"

Once these changes are made to the WebLogic environment:
1. Restart the WebLogic Server
2. Rerecord the Virtual Service using the DevTest Agent.
3. Retest.
