DevTest 10.4 Virtual service catalog - Unable to connect second registry

Issue:
We have installed and connected the second DevTest v10.4 registry, portal & VSE to the Enterprise dashboard. But virtual services from the registry is not listed in the VS Catalog. The registry is marked as not connected in the VS catalog connection tab. I have attached the VS Catalog log file for reference.
Environment:
DevTest 10.4
Cause:
Firewall Issue. 
Resolution:
Looking at the VSCatalog logs we see: Connection to second Registry timed out.

Telnet  to svl-ABC 2010  also failed

Work with Network team to get the firewall issue resolved.
