Devices do not appear to be syncing between Data Aggregator and CAPC

Issue:
I have devices showing up in the CAPM that have been removed from the DA and I have devices showing up in the Monitored devices but not showing up when searched for in the DA. 
Resolution:
Perform a full synchronization with with the data aggregator. Administration -> Data Sources -> select Data Aggregator -> resync and select "Perform a Full Resynchronization" and hit the resync button.
