Introduction: 

A VLSUTIL LIBRARY of a VLS Object library doesn’t return the version number of a report, panel or program when it has been marked to PROD but shows PRD instead; for example, program CUST of $ID system:

Instructions: 

You can determine the version number of a PRD program, panel or report by printing the module header, via Ideal Batch utility.

Using the above program and system, the z/OS SYSIN cards will be:

SYSIN.PNG

For z/OS, the output will go to the sequential file SYSDIAL. For VSE, the output will go to the sequential file SYSLST.
