Department OBS field is deleted when inactivating project

Question:
The 'Department OBS' field is populated for an active project in the 'Project Summary' screen, however, when you make the project Inactive in the 'Settings' screen the 'Department OBS' field goes blank.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to 'Home' -> 'Portfolio Management' -> 'Projects' -> click on the 'New' button to create a project and activate the project and populate the 'Department OBS' field

2. Save the project.

3. Go to the 'Project Summary' screen from the 'Properties' tab and you will see the 'Department OBS' field is populated.

4. In the project go to the 'Properties' tab -> select 'Settings' screen -> remove the tick for the 'Active' field to inactivate the project.

5. Save the changes

6. Go back to the 'Project Summary' screen 

Expected Result: For the 'Department OBS' field to stay populated.

Actual Result: The 'Department OBS' field is now empty.

Answer:
The OBS doesn't have a location assigned under 'Home' -> 'Organization' -> 'Department'. Please go to 'Home' -> 'Organization' -> 'Department' and add the Location(s).
