No, there should not be an impact to the discovered devices after removing the SNMP v3 Profiles containing duplicate User IDs .
To remove the duplicate user ID SNMP v3 Profile follow the below procedure:
Logon to OneClick console:
-> From the Navigation Pane -> Select the Landscape Server -> Click on Universe
-> Navigate to Topology view
-> Click on "Create Model By IP Address" (or) "Create Model By Host Name"
-> Under SNMP Communications Options -> Select SNMP v3 option
-> Click on Profiles -> Click on the SNMP Profile with duplicate user entry -> click on Remove -> Click OK to Confirm
- In Spectrum 9.4, a restart of the SpectroSERVER is required after editing/removing SNMPv3 profile for changes to take effect
- From Spectrum 10.0 and above, restart of the SpectroSERVER is not required
