Flowdock - Administration: Deleting chat and inbox history

An organization may need to periodically delete chat and inbox history for security or other reasons. How is this done in CA Flowdock?


Custom data retention policies (i.e. how long flow and private conversation data is retained for) is a feature of CA Flowdock Enterprise, and can be set up by CA Flowdock Support for your organization upon request. See Flowdock - Administration: How to set up Data Retention for more.  Find out more about Flowdock Enterprise at https://www.flowdock.com/enterprise/features

However, if a CA Flowdock Enterprise account is not a possibility, there is always the option to delete a flow and start a new one if you want to remove the contents of a flow. 

There is not currently a way to delete items from inbox history.
