Issue:

The customer is experiencing a delay in job processing after starting an excessive number of jobs at the same time. In this particular case, they were starting over 2000 jobs at the same time.

Environment:
CA Workload Automation AE r11.3+
Resolution:

Instead of scheduling, let's say 2,000 jobs to start at once, it is highly recommended to stagger them in an effort to aid in preventing processing delays. Try scheduling in groups of 200 jobs every few minutes. However you choose to address this concern is up to you, but you should stagger them nonetheless.
