The procedure describes how to prevent SLA's to be fired on a holiday by defining a workshift.
SDM 12.7 / SDM 12.9 / SDM 14.1
1. Login to the CA Service Desk Manager and navigate to Administration tab, Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Workshifts.
2. Chose the Workshift, the holidays should be added to, e.g. 'Regular'.
3. Add all the holidays in the format mm/dd/yyyy, as follows:

5. Save the changes.
