How to set the default status of the copied ticket.


When copying a ticket, the status of the old ticket (e.g. Resolved, Closed) may be copied over to the new ticket or be blanked out.

Service Desk on Windows platform

1. Add the following two variables in the NX.env of all servers in your environment 





2. Recycle the services for the changes to take effect. 

Result: This will default the status of copied tickets, i.e. Open for R\I\P and RFC for Change Orders respectively.
