Question:
is there any way to change the default font for web interface  in  release r17 ?  In particular for Chrome browser.
Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager release 17
Answer:
As in previous ServiceDesk versions, the Font can be changed via customization by making changes to the corresponding css file.

The out of box css files are located at: NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\wwwroot\css.

The new font in release 17 is called "CA Sans", there are many variations of that, such as Regular, Bold, etc.

Place your  customized analyst_styles.css , in your Test environment in  ../site/mods/www/wwwroot/css directory.
Removing the references (in font-family and font) to the CA Sans-Regular and CA Sans-Bold then it is used: (Verdana, Arial, ...) and in the Chrome browser it could be more clear for some end users.
Additional Information:
Modify Style Sheets: https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/17-1/en/building/building-ca-service-desk-manager/web-interface-modifications/how-to-modify-the-web-interface-using-web-screen-painter#HowtoModifytheWebInterfaceusingWebScreenPainter-ModifyStyleSheets

The changes would only affect the SDM web interface (classic), not the xFlow interface.

Be sure to run "pdm_webcache -H" and clear the web browser cache to pick up the CSS changes.
