Issue:
Error Message :
FAULT_OTHER - start impossible. Other error.

When executing a Workflow with a foreach Workflow contained, if the foreach Workflow is set to inactive at runtime, the master Workflow does not automatically deactivate and the Workflow remains in a FAULT_OTHER status as referenced above.

The Workflow does not remain in the activity window once the status is set to FAULT_OTHER. This makes monitoring of the failed JOBP difficult.

Investigation

1. Create JOBP
2. Set 'After error-free execution'
3. Add an include to the process tab that does not exist
4. Execute JOBP

The workflow will finish with an ENDED_OK and the foreach with ENDED_INACTIVE. It will not deactivate.
