Issue:
DC upgrade done from the CAPC UI is hanging
Environment:
CAPM 3.5
Cause:
The data collector is running as a non-root user
Resolution:
When the data collector upgrade is initiated from the CAPC UI it will only work if the data collector is running as the root user.  If the data collector is running as a non-root user the upgrade will not complete
Additional Information:
Engineering is looking at adding functionality to be able to upgrade a data collector running as a non-root user in a future release of CA Performance Management
