Description:

Database creation failure during fresh 6.3 installation on Solaris can be caused by incorrect TZ set up.

The error in nhCreateDb.log file looks like below:

25811: FATAL: nhiClearDb (eHealth schema creation + setup data) FAILED

Solution:

One of the solution is to see if the Time Zone (TZ) is set up correctly using a TZ format supported by Oracle, and update itaccordingly. Contact CA Support for further assistance.
