Installing CDD with Oracle 12c Database

Issue:
Installation of the CDD Product by using Oracle 12c Databse without any container is supported but it has failed with below exceptions due to assigned priviliges.

[ContainerBackgroundProcessor[StandardEngine[Catalina]]] ERROR c.c.r.t.i.TenantSchemaUpgradeHandler - Failed to upgrade tenant-schema for ' DELIVERY_DIRECTOR'.
org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: Unable to create schema " DELIVERY_DIRECTOR"
at org.flywaydb.core.internal.dbsupport.Schema.create(Schema.java:114)

Caused by: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:450)
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:399)
Environment:
CA Continuous Delivery Director - 6.5
Oracle 12c Database
Cause:
The installation has failed because of the insufficient database user credentials.
Resolution:
For the installation of Continuous Delivery Director with Oracle 12c Database, Assign to the user the following minimum set of grants:

    CONNECT

    CREATE TABLE

    CREATE SEQUENCE

    CREATE TRIGGER

    CREATE PROCEDURE
