Scheduled daily database backups have not successfully run since March. Originally it was believed that this was caused by limited disk space on the appliance, but clearing space did not cause backups to resume.
The Target Account used by the Scheduled Backup requires a specific Application Name, CAPAM_DatabaseBackup. The customer did not use this Target Application name. When it was changed to the required name the scheduled backups began working. A request was made to make the documentation clearer regarding the required name.
