Data extract job and processes that write files to SFTP are (intermittently) failing with the following error message in the bg logs:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /fs0/clarity1/share/DataExtraction/OUTPUT/aggr_task_extract_13-May-2018_105.12_AM.xlsx (No such file or directory)
The failures started after maintenance over the weekend.
The CA SaaS Infra team found that the autofs service that maps customer SFTP directories to the PPM app server for accessibility to the SFTP file structure was stale.
Restarting the autofs service resolved the issue.
