Customer receiving 'The File is not Valid...' error when uploading an on premise license

Question:
Rally is telling me this is an invalid license file. Not sure if something was stripped out in the email or not.

Answer:
The .asc license format was not recognized on the customers PC. Even though it was showing as a .txt file the format was showing as a .pgp file.  After zipping up the file to a .gz format and emailing that to the customer, they were able to unzip and upload the file to their server.
