Customer name wrong in Remedy Ticket

We integrated CA Spectrum with Remedy. When the ticket generate, it is looking customer name Customer / Customer.
This customer does not exist.

How can we update Spectrum to use a different/correct Customer?
Navigate browser to http://OCSERVER:PORT/ca-nim/sm/ui/login.jsp

Default user/pass: nimadmin/nimadmin

Go to customizations -> Select Remedy
Change FirstName and LastName to the correct Customer ID in Rememdy and save.

New tickets will now have this user ID associated with the tickets.
