Custom Attributes Cannot Be Added To The List Filter Section for the Resource Workloads portlet

Issue:
When trying to add a custom attribute into the Selected Column in the List Filter Section for the Resource Workloads out of the box portlet and saving the changes, the custom attribute is moved back to the Available Column.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new custom attribute for the Resource object (i.e.: My Custom Attribute)
  2. Go to the Resource Workloads portlet (Home > Resource Management > Resource Planning > Workloads tab).
  3. Click on Options > Configure > List Filter Section > Layout
  4. Find 'My Custom Attribute' in the Available Column in the left, and move it to the Selected (Left Column).
  5. Click Save
Expected Results: Changes are saved and 'My Custom Attribute' appears in the Selected (Left Column).
Actual Results: 'My Custom Attribute' appears in the Available Column after saving.
Environment:
This issue has been reported in CA PPM 15.3.
Resolution:
This issue cannot be reproduced in CA PPM 15.4.
