We are getting different results when using the CSM HTTP and FTP Test Buttons. Is there any connection between the HTTP and FTP Test Buttons and the CA Support Online Login Password?
The HTTP Test Button does use the CA Support Online Login Password, so a valid support.ca.com password is needed to access supportservices.ca.com.
The FTP Test Button does not use the CA Support Online Login Password, so correcting the support.ca.com password will not correct FTP issues.
Note that we did test the HTTP Test Button with a bad support.ca.com password and it did fail, while the FTP Test Button worked.
