Question:
The r3.2.2 includes the solution of the DE339749, but the problem still occurs as follows.
https://docops.ca.com/ca-privileged-access-manager/3-2-2/EN/release-information/resolved-issues-in-3-2-2

The below command will create the target account named "test1" with the password "admin0!". However, the generated target account's password becomes "admin0" without being "!".
====
capam_command capam=<PAM IP Address> adminUserId=super cmdName=addTargetAccount adminPassword=<PASSWORD> TargetAccount.userName=test01 TargetServer.hostName=p3305.ca.com TargetApplication.name=p3305-administrator "TargetAccount.password=admin0!"
====

The below command will create the target account named "test3" with the password "admin!^". However, the generated target account's password becomes "admin" without "^!".
====
capam_command capam=<PAM IP Address> adminUserId=super cmdName=addTargetAccount adminPassword=<PASSWORD> TargetAccount.userName=test03 TargetServer.hostName=p3305.ca.com TargetApplication.name=p3305-administrator "TargetAccount.password=admin!^"
====

Although the "^" is not used by the password to generate the target account, if it is not combined with the "!", the "^" will be in the password. The below will generate target account "test2" with the password "admin0^". The generated target account will have the password "admin0^" appropriately.
====
capam_command capam=<PAM IP Address> adminUserId=super cmdName=addTargetAccount adminPassword=<PASSWORD> TargetAccount.userName=test02 TargetServer.hostName=p3305.ca.com TargetApplication.name=p3305-administrator "TargetA\ccount.password=admin0^"
====

The problem occurs related to the "!" character.

Why does DE339749 of r3.2.2 solve this problem? The root cause was remained? Or the solution was missed to include the r3.2.2? Or something else?
