Question:
We have enabled the Z/OS Power Pack in the APM Agent (10.5.1.84) for Websphere on Z/OS, but we are not getting the CPU times for JSP processing, we do see them for Servlets however. Is this normal behavior?
Answer:
The following classes are skipped to avoid duplicate metrics for JSPs and Servlets in ws60X.pbd. Due to this, we are not able to see JSP's CPU metrics. Since we don't have JSP metrics type viewer shows empty values while aggregating these JSPs metrics.

SkipClass: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.jsp.runtime.HttpJspBase
SkipClass: com.ibm.ws.cache.servlet.ServletWrapper
SkipClass: org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase
SkipClass: com.ibm.ws.jsp.runtime.HttpJspBase

Hence the observed behaviour is considered working as expected.
