Could not find Log4j. Please verify that JIAM environment is properly set - Error on client Tools

Issue:
We have installed CA Governance 12.6.5 on Windows 2012. When configuring the client tools to import CA IDM environment. it returns the following error.
Could not find Log4j. Please verify that JIAM environment is properly set!
 
Environment:
Windows 2012
IG 12.6.5
Cause:
file does not exists under CA\RCM\Client Tools\Software\Converters\CA\lib
Resolution:
Need to Have JDK (Java Virtual Machine) version 1.6_23 (minimum) or superior installed.

A) Copy the "X:\\client\log4j.jar" to "Y:\CA\RCM\Client Tools\Software\Converters\CA\lib"

B) If the above does not Resolved , please do the following : 
1) From GM download center , Download CA Identity Governance 12.6 SP5 IdentityMinder Components - (ESD Only) , GEN04223355E.zip
2) extract the zip file "Identity-Manager-Components.zip" ,
3) You will find imps-jiam-window-r12-CR09-091223.zip package. Unzip it and Install it .
4) Copy the files from lib folder and then paste to \Client Tools\Software\Converters\CA\lib.
