Issue:
Correlation between the Java Agent and the Kubernetes, Docker and Openshift Monitoring in Team Center is not working

For example:
In Webview I can see the Infrastructure|Kubernetes and  Infrastructure|Docker nodes but I’m expecting the Kubernetes and Docker Tabs to show up in  the Component view in Team Center.

Here is the current or problematic view:

Here is what I expect to see when selecting a Java agent.

Environment:
ACC 10.7.0 only
Cause:
This only affects agents packages created using ACC and when Java Agent has been configured to override the Hostname through -Dintroscope.agent.hostName property

The problem occurs because CloudProvider.tar.gz extension is not part of 10.7.0 ACC agent packages and this extension is responsible to create the  container Id based correlation (“ContainerID” metric)

Resolution:
Solution:
This ACC defect is fixed in 10.7SP1

Workarounds:

a) Don’t configure the Java agent via -Dintroscope.agent.hostName

b) Include CloudProvider.tar.gz as part of the ACC Agent package:
-Download an IntroscopeAgentFiles-NoInstaller package
-Copy <wily>\extensions\deploy\CloudProvider.tar.gz to the <CommandCenterServer>\import
This will create a new bundle called “Java Agent Extension for Cloud Provider”
-Open your agent package in ACC and add this new bundle
-Redeploy the new agent & image
