[CORE] recurring execution with enddate: auto forecast shows an unexpected result resp documentation is missleading

A recurring execution is created, for example, every 30 minutes with an end date 21.10.2016.

Then the auto forecast is started and the result shows planned executions for the day.  But the last entry is 21.10.2016 00:00.

For example, the end date means "beginning of the day" and not "end of the day". This is not described in the documentation.

Root Cause: A forecast of a periodic task doesn't calculate the correct end-time. If a specific end-date has been set for the periodic task, the forecast calculation ends before the end-date has been reached.
