Question:

How do we control a user to issue a cross system command to be established by LINK command ?

Answer:

You are able to control a user by LINK with AUTHORITY.

Example
Disable users ABCDxxx to issue a cross system command by MIC.

Command
LINK CONSOLE=ABCD* AUTHORITY=NONE

Result
MIM3067W Authority of NONE assigned user, command cannot be issued

 

 

 

 

 

 

Additional Information:

MIMINIT SAFCMDAUTH=ON is required to control LINK command.
