ConfigXpress - Environment Failed To Load, Possibly due to timeout

Using ConfigXpress tool remotely, one may get an error stating "Environment Failed To Load, Possibly due to timeout".

The workaround will be detailed as well, suggesting changing timeout definition for the local server / desktop running the ConfigXpress tool.
