1) Log into Service Desk Manager > Administration > CA CMDB > CI List > Search for the CI to be displayed which belongs to a Family to be displayed
2) Open CI > CMDB Attributes > 5. Inventory > Set model > Save Changes
3) Go to USS > My Resources > See the CI in the list.
In Service Catalog > Home > Requests > IT Support Services > Service Management > My Resources > See the CI in the list.
