Client out of sync with the database by over XX minutes

I'm getting the following error while opening my secondary UIM:
"Client out of sync with the database by over 60 minutes"

What is causing this and how to I correct it?


This is cause by the time for the operating system  for the UMP server being off from that
of the back and SQL server.
it is expected that the following three machines all be synced to the same time service and be in the same timezone
Primary UIM hub
UMP server
Back end SQL server
Please make sure all three servers  date and time are in sync and that they are in the same time zone.
 Once the date and time are corrected and in sync you should restart any server that was changed.
