Issue:

cadsmcmd command returns an error when trying  change the password CA_itrm password


Erorr:  SDCMD<CMD000107>: CO API request failed: 208955 - SME_APP_DEFINED_0B Application defined error code (11/0B).

Environment:
CA Client Automation - All Versions
Resolution:

Connect to SQL Server Management Studio, go to the properties of the ca_itrm user account and uncheck the enforce password policy. 


re-set the password to default NOT_changedR11 using the below command: 

cadsmcmd setDBCredentials passwd=NOT_changedR11 

Try to login using ca_itrm \ NOT_changedR11 

Change the new  password using cadsmcmd  after ca_itrm \ NOT_changedR11  login works.
