Clicking on the Reports tab in Service Desk just gives blank report screens. Clicking on the Infoview button does nothing. How do I fix this?

Blank Reports tab and Infoview button does nothing.


If you click on the Reports tab and the screen stays like this:

...and clicking on the Infoview button does nothing, this can be caused by an invalid entry in the Options Manager in Service Desk.

Check this by going to the Administration tab and clicking on Options Manager. Find the Web Reports directory and make sure your settings are similar to this:

Most importantly, notice the bo_server_location. There should be an http:// before the server name. There is a server name and the tomcat port, but no trailing slash. The slashes that follow the http: must be as shown above. If the slashes are going in the other direction, this will cause the above blank screen behavior.
