Issue:
1. Login to Portal UI using admin Credentials.
2. Select User details shown in right top screen.
3. Click on "My Profile ".

No action performed.  "My Profile" non functional.

Resolution:
The broken My Profile button in the Dashboard will be fixed in Portal 4.2.7 .

WORKAROUND: Use My Profile link from the service icon or from the top menu of Settings
