You may see alarms still displaying in the OneClick console that have already been cleared and when you try to clear them again you get a message:
This alarm has already been cleared
Alarms may persist in the OneClick console even after the SpectroSERVER has cleared the alarm condition on the models if the OneClick server did not receive or fully process the clear event on its end. When this happens the Alarm remains in OneClick's Alarm Table and visible although the SpectroSERVER correctly has the model in a normal condition.
Restarting the OneClick process should ensure the OneClick console is updated correctly and the alarms no longer displayed.
If the problem persists a ticket should be opened with Spectrum Support to investigate any possible OneClick / SpectroSERVER performance issues.
