Clarity: Whole application is greyed out when a modal pop-up (lookup) window is opened

When you log into Clarity and open any modal pop-up (lookup) window, the whole page is greyed out

This is a Microsoft Internet Explorer configuration issue.

  1. Close ALL open Internet explorer browsers

  2. Start > Control Panel

  3. Internet Options

  4. Advanced Tab

  5. Click on 'Reset...' button
