Project ETC and EAC hours increasing after Role Replacement

Steps to Reproduce:


  1. Create a named Labor resource (Resource1) with availability of 8 hours per day
  2. Create labor role (role1) with availability of 8 hours per day
  3. Create a new project with start date 10/6/2013 and finish date 27/6/2016 (Dates here should not matter)
  4. Add the role created in step 2 to the project
  5. Make sure the Allocation of this role is 0 hours on this project
  6. Create a Task (Task1) with duration of two weeks (start date 10/6/2013, finish date 21/6/2013)
  7. Assign role1 to task1
  8. Put ETC of 40 hours for this role for week of 10/6/13 and put ETC of 80 hours for week of 17/6/13
  9. Create another task (task2) with duration of 1 week (24/6/13 to 28/6/13)
  10. Assign role1 to task2
  11. Put ETC of 40 hours for this role for week of 24/6/13
  12. From Team tab, "Allocate from Estimates" for role1
  13. Verify that the Allocation hours and ETC hours for this role is 160 hours
  14. From Project Properties/Schedule & Performance page, verify EAC and ETC is 160 hours
  15. From Team tab, do a replace role using Resource Finder
  16. In Find Resources, filter for Resource1 (created in step 1) and replace role1 with resource1
  17. From the team tab, verify resource1 has 120 hours for Allocation and ETC and role1 has 40 hours for Allocation and ETC
  18. From Project Properties/Schedule & Performance page, note EAC and ETC

Expected Result: EAC and ETC should be 160 hours

Actual Result: EAC and ETC are 280 hours
