When a user tries to open the "Process Monitoring" section of the Clarity System Administration (CSA) application, they may get an error "System Error. Contact system administrator". There is nothing filled in for Application ID. When the user tries to fill any of the fields and save, it does not work.
The host address may not be recognized properly on the Clarity servers network, so the Process Monitor configuration page will not load properly.
Please try the following steps to resolve issue:
- Please login to the CSA and select Servers on the left side of the screen
- Select the button labeled "SWITCH TO USE HOSTS FILE"
- Logout of the CSA
- Stop and restart the NSA and beacon service
- Please try logging back in to the CSA and selecting "Process Monitor"
