Description:

If you try to view the process flow diagram for a long process it does not display properly. If you choose the Simple option under Settings, Flow Diagram Type, the diagram displays with lots of white space on each side of the diagram. If you choose the Expanded option, you see a blank white window and the process flow diagram does not display at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. XOG in the attached process or create a process like it

  2. Log into Clarity, locate the process and open it

  3. Click on the process flow diagram window

  4. Click on Settings, select Simple under Flow Diagram Type, and click on the Submit button

  5. Look at the Process Flow Diagram

Expected: The Process Flow diagram will display starting close to the left edge of the window
Actual: There is lots of white space on both sides of the diagram

  6. Click on Settings, select Simple under Flow Diagram Type, and click on the Submit button

  7. Look at the Process Flow Diagram

Expected: The Process Flow Diagram will be displayed
Actual: You see a blank white window

Expected Results: The process flow diagram will display properly

Actual Results: If you choose Simple, the diagram displays with lots of white space on each side. If you choose expanded, the process diagram does not display at all. Instead you see a blank white window
