Description:

When an Action Item is created as part of a process, and a resource is assigned, the 'creator' (the person who initiatied the process instance) has the ability to update the status of the Action Item on the Organizer - Action Item Page even though they are not the resource assigned to it by the process.

This ability does not exist in the Action Item portlet (on the main-overview page) or If opening and viewing the action item itself when choosing the hyperlink on the Organizer-Action Item page. In both those cases, the status is 'grayed out' and cannot be updated.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in as user1
  2. Create a process that will send an action item specifically to user2
  3. Initiate that process

Expected Result: Only user2 gets the action item and can update its status in the Organizer - Action Items portlet
Actual Result: Both user1 and user2 get the action item and can update its status in the Organizer - Action Items portlet
