Clarity PPM: User Is Not Able to Submit Timesheets

Issue:
User is not able to submit timesheets for a particular time period.
Cause:
The time period has been closed.
Resolution:

The time period will need to be momentarily opened until the timesheet is submitted,approved and posted.
