Clarity: FTE Aggregate Resource Availability is not shown correctly on Role Investments - Capacity List portlet

Description:

The total value for Availability Aggregation does not match the Capacity value as expected. Change the Work Effort Unit of Measure on Both portlets to show Hours and the numbers match as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Admin Tool -> Objects -> Investment -> Views

    Role Investments - Capacity List Column

  2. [Fields]

    Move 'Aggregate Resource Availability' to Selected list box
    Change 'Column Graph' to 'Number'
    Change Rolling Date from 'Start of Current Month' to 'Start of Previous Month'
    Select 'Show Legend Column'
    Click 'Submit' button

  3. [Aggregation]

    Change 'Column Graph' to 'Number'
    Click 'Submit' button
    Click 'Add' button to create a new aggregation row
    Label = 'Availability Aggregation'
    Select 'Aggregate Resource Availability' attribute
    Select 'Maximum' function
    Click 'Submit' button
    Click 'Exit' button

  4. [Options]

    Change Work Effort Unit of Measure from 'System Default' to 'FTE'
    Click 'Save' button
    Click 'Cancel' button

  5. Main Application -> Resource Planning -> Capacity tab: Role Capacity Portlet

    Portlet Name = Role Capacity
    Portlet ID = projmgr.roleCapacity
    Data Provider = Roles with Resource Aggregation
    Record the Demand TSV value and the Capacity TSV Value in one period.
    Click on a TSV Value where there is a value for Demand. (Directs user to Role Investments - Capacity portlet)

  6. Compare the Demand value and the Capacity value to the values you see in the Role Investments - Capacity portlet

    Portlet Name = Role Investments - Capacity
    Portlet ID = roleInvestmentsCapacity
    Data Provider = Role Investments List

Expected Result: Aggregate Resource Availability FTE Total value should match the Role Capacity value
Actual Result: The Aggregate Resource Availability FTE Total value does not match the Role Capacity value

Workaround:
Change the Work Effort Unit of Measure on Both portlets to show Hours and the numbers match as expected.
