Description:

Error 500 occurs when users follow specific sequence of steps.

#1 - The issue is reproduced for the sequence of steps followed for a single page of data on the Cost Plan List View

#2 - The issue is reproduced also when the sequence of steps is followed where there are multiple pages of Cost Plans on the project and navigating to multiple pages on the Cost Plan List View before opening an existing Cost Plan Detail page and performing the Export to Excel (Data Only) option.

#3 - Another, similar issue is reported for Clarity 13.2 where the Error 500 is not generated, but the export action generates and empty Cost Plan List with only Headers.
