Please contact CA Support for help.

This error does not necessarily state that your database is corrupted.
Sometimes during export and import, the sequence values in the schema are not updated properly and that's when you receive this error.
A script will provided from CA Support to  reset sequences and we need the created output for information.
This will tell us whether a reset is required for your sequences.
Based on the result from above step, CA provide you another script CA_Harvest_Fix_Sequences.sql that does the actual sequence correction for you.
And that will put an end to these problems.
