Is it possible to change the start day from Friday (out of the box) to Monday or Sunday in the Change Calendar tab?For CA Service Desk Manager 12.9 it is not possible out of the box, excluding some customization which is not supported.
In CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 it is now an option. Look for Optionsmanager - Change Manager - chg_calendar_start_day_of_week option. It can be set from a drop down list to every day of the week. The default value is Friday.Changing the value of this option requires you to restart the CA Service Desk manager service.
