CFG file can't be imported

Issue:
We are trying to import a CFG file in client tools (Discovery and Audit) from Active Directory. When we try to import the file we are seeing "The configuration file "C:\Users\FILEPATH\config.cfg" does not exist. The file is present and has full permissions to be accessed. What could be causing this?

Virtual Appliance
Resolution:
When using Virtual Appliance you need to put the files on the Virtual Appliance where Identity Governance is installed. Then you need to reference the Linux file path name. Once this is done retest the import scenario and the import will work correctly.
