CEM not showing transactions from MTP

Issue:
We have changed our F5 and a new SSL certification has been created but two of our transactions are not showing in CEM. We do see the tim running but it is not processing it. 
Resolution:
The Decode Failure is occurring due to unsupported cipher suites. Requested customer to disable unsupported cipher suites.
