Issue:
Recording process is not being captured for any specified IP address.
Resolution:
We have analyzed the traffic from the working application. We suspect is the extended master secret (EMS). For the working application the EMS is NOT enabled so that is the reason TIM is not having any issue to process the traffic and is working as expected. For the non working application, EMS is enabled. So it is not working. TIM is having issues to process the traffic.
It is expected as TIM does not support extended master secret (EMS).
