CDJ not starting because the port is blocked

Description :When the CDJ service is started from the command line i.e : ./uxcdjsrv COMPANY X nodename

The command does not complete and the line stating that the Synchronization request was OK does not appear.
i.e : Synchronization request OK: successfully connected to COMPANY IO server X on nodename

In addition, when checking via netstat -na, we realize that the port number is not in status Listening.

Root Cause: The port used by the CDJ was blocked due to external events i.e : enabling IP multicast.
Resolution:
Ensure with the networking team that the port used by the CDJ is not blocked.
